Greystone Warner was incorporated in 2015, to provide product solutions and supplies to businesses in all industries. Prior to that, since 1995, its sister company focused on supplying the construction industry and still provides that service today. The Company has the distribution of SMART® brand, though exclusive distribution partnership with Southeastern Paper Group (SEPG), a subsidiary of Envoy Solutions, Inc.

Greystone is the Minority Distribution Partner under a Strategic Mentor Protégé Agreement with Southeastern Paper Group (SEPG), a billion-dollar business that has been in the industrial products, food services, and packaging manufacturing and supply for the past 50 years, incorporated in 1969.

Mr. Richardson has over 23 years of experience in Executive Management, Project Finance, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics. He is a graduate of St. John’s University, with B.Sc. Mathematics and Statistics, with certifications in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. Ricardo was an Actuary for Golden Rule, now United Healthcare, and the Sr. Forecast Analyst for Roadway Services, which owned Roadway Express, now billion-dollar giant YRC Freight; RGA, Roadway Packaging Systems (RPS), now FedEx Ground. He oversaw the worldwide forecasting for RGA next-day and express shipping forecast and budget, with projections of over $300M annually.
Ricardo is responsible for all strategic distribution and manufacturing partnerships, project finance, quality assurance and control. Additionally, he manages all logistics and supply-chain optimization services of the company, and product development and distribution.
Mr. Fields has been in sales and development for over 20+ years. He was the leading sales executive nationwide for Canon and has held several senior sales and business development positions for several companies in pharmaceuticals, optometry, health sciences, manufacturing, and distribution.
Lionel co-founded Priority Access Healthcare and as CEO oversaw strategic partnerships and emerging markets. He grew the company from inception and later sold the company to a medical practitioner group. Lionel was also a partner in Lab Testing Facility that facilitated DNA swab testing. He is actively involved in professional sports advising NBA, NFL and professional boxing athletes on branding, sales and marketing.
